Low energy consumption
After the engine is turned off for 30 minutes, Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 will go into sleep mode and will not drain your car's battery.

Vehicle compatibility
Works with all OBD2/EOBD compatible vehicles. Compatible with all OBD2 communication protocols.
EOBD vehicles (petrol vehicles from 2001 and diesel vehicles from 2003/2004 in Europe) and OBD2 vehicles (after 1996 in the USA and after 1998 in Canada)
Our products apply to 12V gasoline vehicles that are compatible with standard OBD2 protocols, as well as 12V small diesel vehicles with a load of 6.5T or less that support OBD2 protocols.
This device does not apply to heavy 24V diesel vehicles (i.e. semi-trailers, tractors, etc.). These vehicles use a different program and our adapters are not compatible.
